Credits

Credits are a promotional grant of access to the POMY redemption service. They are not money, not a security, not a deposit and not a token. They cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for cash. They have no value outside redeeming cards through POMY. POMY may change how credits are earned or redeemed with 7 days' notice for future windows. Credits carry no guarantee beyond the service continuing to operate.

Not an investment

$POMY is a token whose trading fees fund the redemption service. Nothing on the site or in these docs is investment advice or a promise of return. Payouts depend entirely on trading volume and may be zero. The displayed rate is a description of the last hour, not a forecast.

The draw

The prize draw is a promotion open free of charge. Every draw has a free entry route, weighted equally to the minimum holder tier, with no purchase necessary. Tickets are never sold, and credits cannot be used to buy entries. Holding $POMY is not a purchase of entry; it is a separate activity that also confers eligibility. Cards

Cards are graded collectibles sourced from Collector Crypt's public marketplace and delivered as Collector Crypt vault tokens on Solana. POMY does not grade, authenticate, store or ship cards. Descriptions, images, grades and cert numbers are Collector Crypt's data. Physical redemption, shipping, insurance and customs are governed by Collector Crypt's terms.

Intellectual property

POMY is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, PSA, Beckett, CGC or Collector Crypt. Pokémon and card names are used to identify the collectibles being described. [Counsel to review all character artwork and imagery used on the site for licensing.]

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not prohibited by local law from holding digital assets or participating in promotions. POMY may restrict access from jurisdictions where the service cannot lawfully operate. [Counsel to confirm restricted jurisdictions.]

Privacy

POMY stores wallet addresses, ledger entries and, for free entries, a hashed session identifier. POMY does not collect names, emails or postal addresses; physical shipping addresses are provided to Collector Crypt, not POMY. [Privacy policy to be published.]
