Redeem a card

Spend credits on any card in your price range. The card is bought for you and delivered to your wallet.

Before you start

  • Connect your wallet.
  • Have credits of at least the price of the card you want. Your profile shows your balance and the next tier.

Steps

  1. Open the marketplace (from the nav, the shelf on the landing page, or "Redeem a card" in your profile).
  2. Filter or search. Cards you can afford are lit; others show how far away they are in credits and roughly how long at your current rate.
  3. Click a card to see its listing: images, set, grade, grading company, cert number, and the price in credits with the dollar value.
  4. Click Redeem with credits.
  5. Review the confirmation. It shows the card, the credits to be debited, your delivery address, and the current listing price (re-checked at that moment). If the price moved more than 2% since you opened the listing, the confirmation says so.
  6. Confirm. Your credits are debited and held pending.
  7. Watch the progress: Buying on Collector Crypt → Transferring to your wallet → Delivered, each with its Solana transaction. This usually takes under a minute.

The card appears in your binder with its acquisition recorded as "Redeemed for $X on [date]".

If the purchase fails

Listings are live and shared with everyone on Collector Crypt. Occasionally a card sells to someone else in the seconds between your confirmation and the vault's purchase. When that happens the redemption fails, your credits are returned in full, and the site tells you plainly. Nothing is charged until the purchase succeeds.

Queued redemptions

If a redemption exceeds half the vault's current Solana float, it queues until the float is topped up. Your credits are held, the card is reserved where Collector Crypt allows, and your profile shows processing with an estimate. You can cancel a queued redemption from your profile and your credits are returned immediately.

Rules

  • Redemptions are credits only. You cannot add cash or crypto to reach a price.
  • Credits map 1:1 to the listed dollar price. Any future spread will be shown on the confirmation before you commit.
  • Redemptions are final once delivered. The card is yours to keep, sell on Collector Crypt, or redeem for the physical.
