Eligibility and rules
The rules that decide who earns, who is in a draw, and how much weight they carry.
Earning credits

| Minimum holding | At least $50 of $POMY by time-weighted balance at the moment a window closes, valued at the window's published price. Below the floor: no credits for that window, weight redistributed. |
| Time weighting | Your share is proportional to how much you held and for how long within the hour. Holding for half the hour earns half of what that balance would earn for the full hour. |
| Excluded addresses | The liquidity pool, the fee escrow, the vault, burn addresses, and program-owned accounts (PDAs). Always excluded; weight redistributed. |
| Multiple wallets | Each wallet is assessed on its own. Splitting a holding across wallets does not change total credits (credits are linear) but each wallet must individually clear the $50 floor. |
| Selling | Accrual stops at the moment your balance leaves the wallet. Nothing already accrued is lost. Unspent credits remain. |
Draw entry

| Who is in | Every wallet eligible in the window closing immediately before the draw, plus free entries. No opt-in. |
| Tickets | Proportional to the square root of time-weighted balance in whole tokens. A $5,000 wallet has ten times the tickets of a $50 wallet. |
| Free entries | One per person per draw, weighted as the minimum tier. Never sold. |
| Winner | Determined by the public blockhash of a Solana slot produced after the entrant list is fixed. See The draw. |
| Prize | The curated $1,000-tier card at the time the draw fires. |
On splitting a stake
Because tickets are square-rooted, splitting $5,000 across 100 wallets of $50 yields 100 × √50 ≈ 707 tickets versus √5,000 ≈ 71 for one wallet. That is a real advantage, and POMY does not pretend otherwise. It is limited by the $50 floor (each wallet must clear it every window), by the full-window time-weighting (each wallet must hold through the hour), and by the cost and hassle of running 100 wallets. POMY considers this an acceptable trade against the alternative, which is letting the largest single holder win most draws. If abuse becomes material, the weighting may change with notice.
Redemptions

| Availability | Live listings only. If a card sells elsewhere first, the redemption fails and credits are returned. |
| Caps | Single redemptions above 50% of the vault's Solana float queue until top-up. |
| Finality | Final once delivered. |
Changes to rules
Thresholds (the $50 floor, the $1,000 draw threshold, the 80/20 split) are parameters, not promises. Any change is announced on the site and in these docs at least 7 days before it takes effect, and applies only to future windows.
